About Us

Pale Fox Esports is a professional esports organization focused on competing in Brawl Stars. The organisation hosts a European roster that competes at the competitive, elite level of the game, and a community roster that is open to anyone to play in a semi-competitive, fun environment.

Pale Fox Esports made its competitive Brawl Stars debut in the summer of 2023 and quickly went on to achieve success. The original roster won four consecutive ESL weekly events and in the play-offs, made it through to the final and earned a runners-up finish. In the Brawl Stars Championship series, the roster came within a single match of making the August Monthly Finals and ended the season ranked as the 15th-best team in Europe.

Based in Birmingham in the United Kingdom, the Pale Fox Esports headquarters is at The Exchange in the city centre. The organisation originally started out as a passion project within another esports organisation but was spun out into its own in 2023 and is now growing and thriving.

Esports, but Different

With thousands of esports organisations up and running all over the world, the team have worked hard to create something different at Pale Fox Esports. Apart from competitive success, there is a real focus on community building and creating opportunities. Just because there’s an aim to lift trophies and compete on the world’s biggest stages, that doesn’t mean it’s a win-at-all-costs approach.

Pale Fox Esports is built to include player welfare, staff support and development, and a culture of respect, togetherness, and teamwork in everything it does. To help make that approach happen, there are experienced owners and staff guiding team operations and external advisors from across both industry and academia too.

Not only that, but there’s a focus on using esports for good too. The Pale Fox Esports organisation runs a number of community programs and initiatives that aim to combat social issues across not only the city of Birmingham, but the wider esports community too. From a food bank supporting local people in need, in-person play and inclusion sessions open to all, and projects geared towards supporting marginalised people get into the gaming industry.
