All Female Roster Launched

Pale Fox Esports is today announcing the full launch of its all-female Brawl Stars program – the PFE Academy. The program has been set up to help create a pathway for female players into higher levels of play, and is set to reveal its player lineup in the coming weeks.

Sitting alongside the already established professional roster within Pale Fox Esports, the academy will also aim to challenge perceptions within some elements of the community.

The program is open to female players based in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) who are 16+ years old and looking to play in the esports side of Brawl Stars.

Speaking about the launch of the academy, Pale Fox Esports’ owner, Dragonfly, said: “This is a really important project and one that I’m really happy about finally getting up and running – it’s been a long time coming. It’s important that we recognise that there are lots of reasons why there aren’t more female players on stage at the elite level of the game – pathways, culture, and opportunities are all part of that mix.

“The PFE Academy is – alongside other teams doing similar things – a part of breaking down barriers. Having female players at the elite end of our game should be the norm and not the exception, and we’re looking forward to seeing how we get on over the next few months and years!”
