Dragonfly founded Pale Fox Esports in the summer of 2023 after seven years of running another esports organisation. In his day job, he is a university lecturer teaching at University College Birmingham on esports and marketing programs. He is also a scholar at the University of Birmingham and a former lecturer at Birmingham City University.
